Recurring Inspections (Enterprise Only)

Recurring Inspections enable the automatic creation of pending inspection records for equipment at specified intervals. These pending inspection records will appear highlighted in orange on the Home screen and Equipment List, indicating that an inspection checklist needs completion.

Relative to the Last Inspection

In this scenario, the inspection is scheduled to recur 7 days after the most recent completed inspection.

If the inspection is completed on Tuesday, the next inspection will be created 7 days later (the following Tuesday).

If another inspection is completed on Thursday, before the next scheduled inspection is generated, the recurring schedule resets. The next inspection will then be created 7 days after Thursday, not Tuesday.

Strictly As Scheduled

In this scenario, the inspection is scheduled to occur every 7 days based on the initial scheduled date.

Selecting Monday ensures the automatic inspection is created every Monday.
