Recurring Inspections (Enterprise)

Recurring Inspections automatically generate pending inspection records for equipment at specified intervals. Pending inspections appear highlighted in orange on the Dashboard and Equipment List, indicating that an inspection is due.

Relative to the Last Inspection

The inspection is configured to generate a new inspection 7 days after the most recently completed inspection.

If an inspection is completed on Tuesday, the next inspection is scheduled for the following Tuesday. However, if another inspection is completed on Thursday before the next scheduled inspection is generated, the schedule resets, and the next inspection is scheduled 7 days after Thursday.

Strictly As Scheduled

The inspection is configured to recur every 7 days based on the initial scheduled date. Selecting Monday ensures a new inspection is automatically created every Monday.
