Two-Factor Authentication


Add an extra layer of security to your account by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

From the employee edit screen, toggle the Enable 2FA option.

When an account is created, users will see the following prompt:

Use the provided barcode to add the application to your preferred authentication app.

Enter the code from the authentication app to verify registration.

After initial verification, future logins will require a code from the authentication app to access the account.
