- How many Workflows can be added?
Up to 5 workflows can be added to the account.
- I don't have access to Workflows. What is required?
Workflows are only available for Enterprise customers. Contact sales@mtcpro.com to upgrade the account from Basic or Premium to Enterprise.
- If the condition 'Within X Days' is used, when is the workflow processed?
'Within X Days' conditions are processed at 6:00 AM for the organization, based on the time zone selected in the Organization Profile screen.
