Recall Management

Safety recall updates from NHTSA are now accessible via “Manage Recalls” in the main menu.

A listing will display all recalls for vehicles, with the ability to filter by date, asset status, or recall status.

Additional filtering options are available under the “Recalls” section.

To verify whether a recall has been completed, click the VIN # link to access the NHTSA website.

If a recall has already been addressed, select the gear icon and choose “Mark Resolved.” For recalls that require action, a repair request can be created.


Clicking on a specific recall displays detailed information.

Notifications

New recalls for the fleet will trigger an email notification upon receipt.
