Recall Management

We are now receiving safety recall information from NHTSA to help you stay up to date on all of your safety recalls.

You can access safety recall information by selecting "Manage Recalls" from our main menu gear icon:

A listing will be displayed showing all recalls for your vehicles. You may filter the recalls by date, asset status, or recall status.

Additionally, recall data can be filtered under the "Recalls" section.

To determine if a recall has been already performed, you may click the VIN # link which will take you to the NHTSA website for verification.

If the recall was already resolved, use the gear icon and "Mark Resolved". Or, you may create a repair request for recalls that need performed:

Clicking on a specific recall will display detailed information.

As soon as we receive a new recall for your fleet, we will notify you via email.
