Okta SSO

To enable Single Sign On capabilities with Maintenance Pro Web using Okta:

1. From the Okta Administrator Dashboard, click on "Applications"2. From the Applications screen, click "Create App Integration."

3. Choose SAML 2.0
4. Name the app "MPWeb" and click next
5. Configure SAML settings
First, login into MPWEB and go to Organization Profile > Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single sign-on URL: Found on MP SSO setup

Audience URI (SP Entity ID): Found on MP SSO setup

Default RelayState: can be left blank

Name ID Format: Email Address

Application username: Okta Username

Update Application Username on: Create and Update

The rest of the settings can be left blank

Click Next

6. Select "I'm an Okta customer adding an internal app." the rest can be left blank.

Click Finish

7. On the Application page, click on the "sign on" tab and scroll down to click "View SAML Setup Instruction."
8. Copy and paste the following settings into MPWEB's SSO setup
Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL:
Identity Provider Issuer:
X.509 Certificate:

9. Assign the application to users or groups
10. Select the "Single Sign On" option when logging in to MPWEB

11. Use your Okta email

12. Follow Okta's log in instructions
