Add Parts To Work Orders
In the Work Order screen, each maintenance task will have a blue Add Parts link that can be clicked. Doing so will bring up a list of part numbers. You can type in the part number to choose it from the list.
Once the part is chosen, enter a quantity in the next box to the right. The Unit Cost in the third box will automatically populate based on Part Receipt history or Unit Cost of the part.
Click the Save button to save the part to the line-item.
The part total will automatically calculate based on quantity and cost. If you wish to edit or remove the part line item, click the action gear icon on the far right.
