Modify Work Order Numbering Sequence

Whenever a new Work Order is generated, the Work Order number is automatically chosen based on a numerical sequence. For example, if my Work Order sequence is set to 1000, the next Work Order created will be numbered 1001.

MPWEB does have the ability to change the Work Order sequence if you need to push it forward to a higher value. However, please note that once the Work Order sequence is moved forward, it cannot be reverted back to a lower number. The sequence also cannot contain any letters or symbols. It can only contain numbers.

To edit the Work Order sequence, click the gear on the top right and choose Organization Profile. Click the tab for WO/PO Sequences and set the Work Order Sequence value to your desired setting.

Click Save on the bottom to save the setting.
