Tax On Work Orders Are Not Calculating Correctly

Tax settings for Work Orders are determined by the Location settings. To access these, click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select Locations.

Select the Location to be edited.

This section allows configuration of the default tax rate. An important consideration is the Tax on Labor option: even if a tax rate is manually set on a Work Order, this setting will still apply. To calculate tax on both parts and labor, ensure this box is selected.
