Customizing Your View | How To Use Drop Down Filters

Maintenance Pro index screens allow filtering by location, warehouse, and status. Clicking the Active and All Locations text refines the displayed results. A drop down box will appear with other options.

Selecting an option from the drop-down applies the filter to the current screen. For example, changing the Equipment index filter from Active to Due displays only units due for service.
