Customizing Your View | Add & Remove Columns

Maintenance Pro offers customizable views to suit your preferences. Easily add or remove data columns by selecting the desired screen, such as the Equipment List.

Click the button in the top-right corner next to the Search box—it appears as three horizontal lines, as shown here:

Click Customize to view all available columns for the current screen.

Select the columns you wish to display by checking the corresponding boxes. To hide a column, simply uncheck it. Click Save to apply your changes..
