Personalizing Screen View | Add & Remove Columns

Maintenance Pro provides customizable views to match user preferences. Data columns can be added or removed by selecting the desired screen, such as the Equipment List.

Click the button in the top-right corner next to the Search box—it appears as three horizontal lines, as shown here:

Click Customize to view all available columns for the current screen.

Select the columns to display by checking the corresponding boxes. To hide a column, uncheck it. Click Save to apply the changes.
